⚽ Reflection 2: Guarding the Next Generation

ree

“My son, keep my words and store up my commands within you.” — Proverbs 7:1–2

At Empowering Quechuas, we believe the next generation is not just the future—they are today’s ministry partners. Across our soccer academies, that vision is coming alive.

Ciro, the son of Coach Raynith, now helps lead practices in Santa Cruz. Sergio, from San Isidro, spends more time mentoring younger players than playing himself. In every village, sons and daughters are stepping forward to serve—proof that discipleship is working, and that faith is multiplying.

Still, challenges remain. Some academies face financial strain, others battle cultural pressures that test the faith of young believers. Yet even through those difficulties, God’s Word continues to take root.

Reflection:

Every generation needs its own encounter with Jesus. These young helpers remind us that the Church’s legacy isn’t in buildings or budgets—it’s in hearts that choose obedience.

Pray With Us:

Pray for our young leaders and their coaches. Pray for wisdom, financial provision, and courage as they model faithfulness in their communities.
