“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” — Galatians 6:9
Rebuilding a fence might seem simple — just posts, wire, and effort. But for Empowering Quechuas, the project at the cacao farm was more than construction; it was a declaration of perseverance.
For months, crops had been left unguarded resulting in theft and weather damage. But when the community gathered — locals, coaches, and visiting missionaries — faith took physical form. They dug holes, hauled wire, and worked until their hands blistered. Every strike of the hammer echoed a deeper truth: God blesses those who keep building, even when it’s hard.
That fence does more than protect trees; it protects livelihoods. It ensures that farm workers are paid, that coaches have resources, and that children in Quechua FC continue to hear God’s Word three times a week. Every nail driven in that soil carries eternal weight.
Reflection:
Sometimes faith means praying. Sometimes it means picking up a hammer. The gospel is not only preached in sermons — it’s proclaimed in sweat and service.
Pray With Us:
Pray for provision for future projects — for strength, funding, and faithful hands to continue this good work.
